TERMS:
Net 30 days upon credit approval. Additional cash discounts are not permitted. Prices are F.O.B. Shipping Point.
MINIMUM ORDER:
One carton of any bin item. NO MINIMUM ORDER ON WIRE SHELVING.
METHODS OF SHIPMENT:
Where no special instructions are specified, Quantum will exercise its best judgment as far as the type of carrier and routing. Shipping is prepaid and added, but Quantum will accept no liability for shipping charges incurred. Freight and delivery estimates are available upon request but are not guaranteed.
PRODUCT RETURNS:
Products must be returned in original, unused cartons within 30 days from the date of shipment. All returns require prior written authorization issued by Quantum. Returned goods are subject to a 25% restock charge. All freight on returned goods must be prepaid by the shipper unless prior written arrangements have been made with Quantum. Only full cartons may be returned for credit. Items from special orders (special color, mobile bins, hot stamping, etc.) are not returnable for credit.
DAMAGED GOODS:
Instruct your drayman not to accept goods from the Transportation Company unless the goods are in perfect condition and the number of pieces matches the delivery receipt. If any damage is discovered, make the proper notations on the receipt before signing it. All claims may be rejected if notice is not given within 5 days per I.C.C. Rule.
CONCEALED DAMAGE:
Should damage not be discovered until after the goods are unpacked, it should be reported at once to the respective carrier agent, who will conduct an inspection and grant a "concealed damage" notation. This report must be made to the Agent of the delivering carrier immediately upon delivery. Unless this is done, all goods replaced or repaired on account of damage will be at your expense. Quantum cannot be held responsible for the carelessness or negligence of the Transportation Company and its employees once the goods leave our place of business and are signed for by the Transportation Company "in perfect condition."
ORDER CANCELLATION:
Cancellations will not be accepted without written authorization from Quantum's FL offices. Orders already scheduled or in process may be accepted for cancellation, subject to charges for expenses incurred as a result.
SALES TAXES:
Local, state, and federal sales tax, if applicable, are not shown in this price list and are additional when product is resold by authorized distributors to users subject to such taxes.
LIMITED WARRANTY:
Quantum Storage Systems, 15800 NW 15th Avenue, Miami, FL 33169, warrants that the products contained herein will be free from defects in material or workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase, unless otherwise specified. If a product fails to function due to defects in material or workmanship within that period of time, and is used to fulfill the purpose for which it is designed, consistent with normal usage, Quantum, at its option, will repair or replace the unit, provided it is returned to Quantum with proof of purchase, postage prepaid.
REASONABLE VARIATIONS:
The precise electrostatic properties of the compounds described may be materially affected by the molding techniques applied and by the size and shape of the item molded. No assurance can be implied that all molded articles will have the same properties as those listed. It is the user's responsibility to determine that all Quantum bins, containers, and metal products meet all specifications required before intended use, and the user assumes all risks related to such determination and usage.
